Open House Style Presentations

Looking for a fun and entertaining experience for children? Look no further! Dakota Wild Animals presents interactive animal education presentations to all age groups. Each presentation lasts 45 minutes to one hour depending on the age and size of the group. Shorter presentations can also be arranged for younger children. Presentations can be done at your school, child care center, home, business, or community event.

Each Dakota Wild Animal presentation includes 10 to 12 animals from around the world. Discussions center around habitat, feeding and characteristics unique to each critter.

Animals available for presentations include:

Reptiles
Snakes (corn snakes, ball python, western hognose, dumerils boa and bull snake)
Lizards (iguanas, monitor, blue-tongue skink, leopard geckos, bearded dragon, Chinese water dragon)
Turtle (box),
Tortoise

Mammals
Chinchillas
Hedgehog

Insects
Madagascar hissing cockroaches
Giant Black African millipede

We perform many shows during the summer months that are free and open to the public. Check with your local public library for dates and times for presentations in your area.
